The 4 Steps to Retail Excellence

The AGCAS business improvement program allows access to the program’s business improvement tools for every retail garden centre across Australia. Ultimately, it is an all inclusive program.

With four levels, most businesses enter at level two, gaining more from the external audit process and the feedback that this provides. From level two, businesses then work towards becoming an accredited garden centre before they achieve the highest level of accreditation, being a ‘Garden Centre of Excellence’.
